WORKSCOPE PLANNING

Our Workscope Planning service is intended to bring a workable engine management tool, with the goal of improving time between shop visits and reducing maintenance costs, while maintaining the reliability of our customer`s engines and its control & accessories in service incorporating an “on-condition” maintenance concept.

We have cumulated experience and conducted parts condition assessment`s of engines at constant basis and we are ready to share it with all of our customers.

Our service is designed to optimize the cost of engine operation by extending the time/cycles between shop visits. Controlling the type and extent of the workscope is where we are able to influence the time an engine remains on-wing before the next shop visit.

TYPES OF WORKSCOPES

This is the first step of the shop visit and without a proper assessment of the engine condition could result in a premature return to the shop. Our workscope experts can establish outbound goals for your engine to meet or exceed the desired on-wing life for all shop types such as;

  • Module Level Inspection / Performance Restoration / Full Overhaul / LLP Replacement

  • Continued Time Engine Maintenance

  • Limited Repair

  • Quick Turn Shop Visit
